UK factory jobs – Assembly Line Worker

Location: Devon, United Kingdom

Salary

£10.42- £12.50 p/h

Working Hours

  • 42 hours per week
  • Monday to Thursday: 7 am – 4.30 pm
  • Friday: 7 am – 1 pm

The Role – UK factory jobs

  • Use various pressurised air tools, e.g. rivet guns
  • Construct and/or convert company products as per guidelines
  • Repair and build commercial vehicle bodies, chassis and cabs
  • Modify and/or manufacture and fit add-on equipment
  • Install basic auto electrical equipment
  • Use woodworking machinery when required

Requirements – UK factory jobs

  • Previous experience in a similar role (1-year minimum)
  • Industry experience; manufacturing or assembly background, preferably automotive/vehicle building
  • Comfortable with using a variety of compressed air tools, rivet guns, drills, etc.
  • High levels of attention to detail
  • Able to follow instructions and guidelines accurately
  • Able to meet the minimum requirements for the Skilled Worker Visa, this includes 4.0 IELTS score
